Cacao is a fruit that comes from the Theobroma cacao tree, also known as the “food of the gods ”, is cultivated in various tropical regions of the world, in Peru it comes from the eastern region of the Andes mountains. Cacao Nibs are considered one of the least processed options on the market when it comes to cocoa, which makes it a healthier alternative for chocolate lovers.
Our Cocoa Nibs are obtained from dry, roasted cocoa beans, previously cleaned and selected, to later be dehulled and crushed, ensuring their safety and quality, with a naturally bitter and chocolatey flavor. Regarding their contributions to our health, they are loaded with nutrients and powerful plant compounds that have shown their great potential when eating healthy it is about.
The cocoa used in the process does not contain chemicals, pesticides, fertilizers or synthetic additives.
